While your crit with soul taker goes down to about 55% (with my not perfect gear right now) the dagger is still at 95% which gets your average crit to 75% while running BM. but factoring in the fact you can use another EK your dps goes up. but you can have the flexibility of going blind or something else.

Currently my EK damage is about 3200 per EK. if you double that for 2 stacked it is 6400 so if you account for 100 hits at 95% and 75% crit...

6400 x 95 = 608,000
6400 x 75 = 480,000

But if you sub out blood magic with EK...

3 EK
9600 x 75 = 720,000

But if you found that you needed the survivability you can sub in blind.

Once again, you could also be running Clarity and sustain the mana cost without the need of Soul Taker, so you would just win the 3rd EK damage (+50% dps).

But if you still want Soul Taker over Clarity, you would not only loose a bunch of crit, you would also loose the implicit 80% crit, and the explicit spell damage from the dagger, all of your dagger passives are not applied (Nightstalker and accuracy ones), but AS is better.
For example, replacing one of the 9.53 crit / 1.42 AS dagger with 58% spell damage with a perfect Soul Taker (1.88 AS) in my glass canon build result in 500,124 dps (-30% dps). You would loose a bit more if you took Nightstalker. But yeh you would make up for it with a 3rd EK (but I still don't understand why you don't wanna run clarity though).

if you try to get them, then maybe you should go for iron grip also ... that will be a massiv dmg buff for ek

Iron Grip only applies to Projectile Attacks, EK is a Projectile Spell.

hmm i think you're right why arent more ppl running 3EK and clarity then? that seems amazing. You would only be able to Desynclone a short distance but that would ensure you dont desync like a mofo while holding down the cyclone button... hmm not sure if you would even have enough mana at that point if running grace, hatred, and clarity
i would choose haste over grace

So how do people deal with reflect maps if your using a Rasa Chest. I one shot myself even with 15K armour running determination instead of hatred.
Double post..don't know why that happened.

Flasks are underestimated

Those are perma up due to the Surgeon prefixe, just remember to activate them while running hard maps.
With those & Tabula + Rat's Nest + Maligaro's + no armour/ER jews + 76 armor boots (oyeah) -> 34k armour with grace / 52k with grace & determination.

With this + CwDT/Immortal Call combo you'll do just fine vs ph. reflects.

If I had to venture a guess...

Your second dagger needs improvement big time. You are missing one of the EKs from your 5L, and Dominus is 5 levels above you. With only 65 levels of skill points, you're missing important nodes.

well okay , whars wrong with the dagger? :s and what should i look for ?

the problem is that for each cyclone, each weapon either always crits or never crits. it might average out to 75% crit rate but I don't think it works like that.

if you have 95% crit chance on your main hand, then 95% of your cyclones will have your main hand critting for every mob hit.

if you have a 55% chance to crit with your off-hand then only 55% of your cyclones will crit with your off-hand weapon

This means that your damage will be way more erratic, you will almost always get some EK's (from the main-hand) but only 50% of the time with your off-hand

I'd rather be casting 2(.95) + 2(.95) = 4 EK's all the time than 3(.95) + 3(.5) = 4.5 EK's with high and low spikes from 3 - 6 EK's

Because, when your EK DOES proc it pretty much kills everything anyways, the extra damage spikes are wasted IMO.
