The setting looks perfect to me.

You should consider using an /oos makro for boss fights with Cyclone. I'm sorry GGG if this stresses your servers, but so far this is the only option.

Just don't forget to turn it off after you are done.

Cyclone needs to be fixed across the board. The desyc is so bad.. U can't even spam the /oos macro for it to work correctly, due to the global cooldown behind it.

GGG has already stated they will not change the way player to mob pathing works, so unfortunately this build will never reach its full potential with cyclone.

I am using st at the moment and its working great! The dual weild block nodes are excellent for dmg mitigation
So sad had to give up on this build as desync. so bad with cyclone with/out multistrike.

No other viables unless you want to go with St variants which gets kinda boring.

1.4k isn't that bad.

Your daggers could use some extra crit chance. Plat/gold Kris have an implicit 80%, so you should always look for at least that total. Your EKs are also a bit underleveled.

also i can't level my EK's attached to cast when dmg taken or it wont cast
Your daggers suck for this build. All this added cold, fire, physical damage is wasted because it doesn't effect EK. And increasing the critical damage of EK when they do so little base damage is kinda meh too.

You want spell damage, spell crit chance, spell crit multiplier and of course crit chance. Attack speed is awesome too. All that on a Golden Kris would be optimal, because we can use it with our little int and as TheBigNasty already pointed out they have the highest implicit increase of the global critical strike chance.

While I'm at it, I was wondering something: Does Pressure Points increase the spell critical strike multiplier or just the critical strike multiplier? If it only increases the critical strike multiplier then we don't need it at all.

I was referring to the EKs in your chest.

I wouldn't take pressure points. It's not the crit multiplier that does the damage. If you were starting over, I would say take the nodes around bloodthirst before you took the 8% nodes around the ranger starting area. Probably not worth the Regrets, however.

Build looks fairly standard. I think Dervish is a great choice for some defense, but really, upgrading your daggers and increasing your crit chance is probably the most immediate change you can make.
