Reflect really isn't an issue if you get Vaal Pact. Sometimes with physical reflect you'll take the reflect damage after leeching the life which means you go into the next pack with less than full life, which can be a bit scary sometimes, but you should never die to reflect as long as you are actually hitting the monsters (desynch kills the man).

Yeah I know I need one crit to recharge the charges, but I`m still thinking if this is how I`ll do it. People mentioned Volls, I just didnt like it at first sight. It has nothing, just power charges, and kills the mana.

I think block recovery counts as stun, so cast when stunned got decent proc with high block. There is some posts about this and it did work this way in my tests. But I'm thinking about repeating this build in next ladder with a shield/attack dmg hybrid version and won't use cast when stunned because cyclone is too good to pass. Aiming for less dmg but twice survivability.

Voll's protector is great for discharge build, as the guys mentioned. But very crappy defense and utility for danmaku build IMO, any other will be better.

Quite hard to achieve as :

- you can't go bm to sustain cyclone

- you can't go eldritch battery to sustain cyclone with mana

I wouldn't advice it

There a CI build similar to this, but with Discharge as the 2nd spell. It's in the witch section.

Anyone capable of doing a large update/new thread to this build?

I think a lot of us still play it but would love to know how people have modified with the new tree along with CoC changes and such.

Can you still use extra EK gem with this build? since CoC changed?

You can, but with decreased effectivity - only 1 of EK gems are going to proc each time.

Sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the leech changes a buff?

So instead of the tiny leech from cyclone or non-crit arc damage taking up space in the queue we now leech directly from big ek damage.
