Phase Run - Cast while moving

It would be much preferable for your character to automatically stop and cast when you use the skill.
I'm really fond of what phase run does for playing melee tbh, separating it or significantly reducing the functionality would be fairly painful to accept. I like how timing plays a part in skills like phase run and molten shell.
I think phase run is balanced atm but add cast on the move & I think you would make the melee damage bonus far too strong.


Instead I think it would be cool to have an increased movement speed aura gem with no damage buffs. Then phase run can continue to be a run & strike ability balanced by having to stand still to cast.
