Yes, pretty sure it's actually better than quill rain, just way more expensive.
I got a question (maybe stupid).

In general case, why prefer Split arrow over barrage (or the opposite) ?

I am currently playing a shadow lv 71, physical bow CoC (with EK), due to the lack of builds for 1.2 i am asuming its not the best options after the patch, still fun as hell.

I recommend using puncture + phys projectile damage + increased crit damage + life leech for single target, works really good.
anyone has new idea for this build? I'm trying to use both Herald of Ice and Thunder. It works well but don't have enough mana for Flame Totem and curses :|
