(Nov 25) Three-hour Solo Turbo Hardcore Ladder Race

yeah, and I would suggest some upgrade progression in the demigodz size

maybe the demigod improves 1% if you already own one and got first.

that would keep top players interested and make people that rocks in races feel and look special and "unique"

EDIT2 - Theres lots of ways to change rewards, you could also make a 1 week tournament of races (if you have daily races). 1st of daily each class gets 10 points, 2nd, 9 and etc... in the end of the week, people with most points gets a demigod in each class. (wouldnt be able to switch class - if you play first race with marauder, you wont be able to play second daily with ranger for exemple).
This would give us endless races, making people get really good at speedrunning, and wouldnt flood economy with zillions demigods.

for once I got a lucky start, but took ~~ 30% of my life after killing every mobs in the room, didn't want to alt f4 to an absurd situation

First, can you make the next race 1-2 hours earlier(more Europe friendly), and second can you don something about the lag. In this event I died twice duo to lag. Second death was at brutus when he was about 1/2 hp, he pop-ed next to me and my hp dropped(i could take 2-3 mele in that gear so i guess he was close to me before i got to see him, and die).

Sheeez....don't make these races any earlier. It's already bad enough for the rest of us with this one kickin off at 8:00AM Sunday morning and the Euro friendly race at 6:00AM

Anyway my race was short and sweet. Got to Brutus at lvl10 at about the 55min mark wearing blues and whites. Had a complete brain fade before the battle and forgot to equip life ring/belt.

Almost back towards my open portal with Brutus life at around 50% but his hook attack dragged me back even though he was off screen.

Didn't feel like restarting with a new char.

this was my first EVER attempted race, AND first time playing turbo ever.

I reached level 19, despite having what I'd call poor drops and starting 20minutes late. if I hadn't started late, I would've easily hit 20-22, if I hadn't been an awful noob ?? no problems getting higher, with lucky drops? yeah this build/guide could easily teach someone to win a race, if you're good and you're lucky... for all those out there who couldn't do any good at all, try this thread out! and thank you to panda for writing the guide.

Fun race, first time I went for Ethereal Knives in a race and first time for me to enter act II in turbo, which was quite cool.
But that Merveil fight took me way too long, I have to learn that fight in turbo :-/.
Second placed Shadow has been a nice surprise though.
