[0.10.0] HP/ES Spork Shadow Battle Mage (Twinkle twinkle deadly Sparks!) [Videos included]

Build is working out great so far up to level 30 entering Act 3. We'll see how it goes once the difficulty ramps up.

I just started this build yesterday, killed Brutus and wasn't offered any fork gem? Kind of bummed.

Seems viable so far but kind of boring. Might try something else.

you'll get fork from entering cavern of wrath. yup if it's boring just go for something more challenging :)

I started off OB with this build again and it's a lot tougher as I'm constantly running out of mana and need to chain mana pots if I'm going to spam spark. Dropping a totem takes a large chunk of my mana as well and it dies very quickly. Most likely my gear is absolutely terrible as I don't have the luxury of handing down certain items to myself.

I'm wondering what level should Clarity be at before you stop leveling it? Currently mine is at 5 and I have about ~440 mana only. I don't run Discipline at the moment as putting both Clarity and Disc up takes a huge portion of my mana and I don't have enough regen to constantly spam an attack yet on top of dropping a totem.

I stopped leveling Clarity at 3, when it took 100 of my 126 mana. It worked out even then (26 mana isn't even enough foe 2 Sparks), and it only gets better I think.

Man I played this in Beta, loved it, playing it currently and Im level 63, STILL love it.

Great for a farming toon, which in the end I think this is what it'll be...

Once your able to 5-6L your spark, and get some Increased cast speed/projectile gear, your dmg is pretty insane, currently Im doing about 850 dps, and 450 dps with my spell totem.


nice work on this build, also I might actually change it up and go the ES route I was jus reading about, actually not a horrible idea?

I got to thinking, trying to see what I could do in order to get max Chaos Resist, and CI is pretty much my only option.

If you could, please check this out when you get the time, basically Im trying to pick up as much +ES % as possible, while at the same time, make up for the path you took, for extra dmg/faster casting, and so forth.
