pabrt's Critical Mass Discharger 1.2 (molten strike coc)
Nice build Bro thanks for sharing!!! I love the ideas and the life-based version !!!
However, I suspected that if CI version for this build works as an melee character as no point invested in Unwavering Stance nor using the oxy necklace that prevent stun. I used to have a CI discharger and the stun really hurts and even unplayble without stun-proof. Cannot even cast 1 single spell (which is discharge) within mobs eventhough I can one shot them all =(. Cyclone makes you immune to stun.

For early levels it's pretty self explanatory. You just put points into life and move up into the shadow area with crit. If you are having lots of trouble leveling, I suggest just using spectral throw to level up until you have enough crit and life to run the build. |

Just replace cyclone with double strike, they're the same color. Or don't, the build works with cyclone, it's just less effective imo.
Double strike is a better option for a few reasons. It has a much lower mana cost and it can use multistrike without desyncing constantly. Additionally double strike has more single target consistency while cyclone has much more aoe potential. But with a build that discharges so much, groups aren't that big of a deal in the first place, strong rare/unique mobs are. Last edited by pabrt#4594 on Nov 11, 2013, 5:53:49 AM

Think i'm going to try this out, i've been using spectral throw GMP discharge and it overkills big groups but single target (Piety, Map bosses) are a huge pain in the ass if I can't get adds.

" Voll's Protector armor " Yeah, I tried the spectral throw version and wasn't a fan due to the single target. Also this build gets infinite flasks... |

DW Build (Vaal Pact - Iron Reflexes - Unwavering Stance
viable with shield too but you will need extra crit from gear. its not hard to get since build has lots of resist nodes(%40) you dont need too much resist gear. i think rats nest should be recommended for this build. gives good crit, as and 720 evasion with iron reflexes is really good too. More HP - Elemental Damage - More Charges didnt know double strike can proc that much with COS before i saw your video. i make this builds. i think %15-20 crit nodes are waste of point. you can get %125 (for DW "Twin Terror") %140 (templar side "Disemboweling") with just 3 points. I didn't notice disembowling and twin terrors because they're so far off, but I agree that they're more efficient than the 15% nodes. I'm going to work on a tree that includes them.
Unfortunately Dual strike is not that great, as it can only generate 3 charges per activation, whereas double strike can generate 6. It also counts for half as many Discharge procs. I do think that an IR dual wield build is viable, though, using double strike. Uploading a dominus run with my new build. I concluded that twin terrors + IR is not amazingly point efficient, especially because grace is 60% reservation now. You could run EV gear to get more armor, but it's rather minor the difference; armor is not a problem for the build as it is. For reference this puts me to 92% resist all before purity nerf and 27k armor. Dominus god smash does 2k to me which is immediately healed up. Last edited by pabrt#4594 on Nov 12, 2013, 3:21:49 AM

Is this build still the best option for a Chaos Inoculation variant ?
" I don't know if Iron Reflexes is very efficient in there... |
