All Ears Achievement Dialogue List and Lore (verified)

The primary purpose of this post is to compile a named list of all click-able npc dialogues, sorted by act and npc name, both to help obtain/verify the All Ears achievement and to hear every interesting/quirky thing our (lovable) npcs have to say.

The secondary purpose is to compile another list of all click-able environmental lore, sorted by act and type, both to help obtain/verify the No Stone Unturned achievement and to discover all of Kaom's glorious exploits (in Act I) and the influence of the dreaded Graffiti Monkey (in Act III).

Edit 7: Updated dialogue totals by Act.

It is listed as a quest dialogue for Eramir (since it shows up below the line), but it could be an optional quest dialogue. If optional quest dialogues exist, then other NPCs will be affected, such as Tarkleigh.

Thanks to EpsilonWhale for pointing it out. Also included Lurker88's observation regarding another possible optional dialogue for Clarissa in the Slums. I had noticed it before but did not list it, since you had to talk to Clarissa in the Slums anyway, but it might still count as one.
Edit 3: Finished remaining Act III dialogues on first run through.

Will need to help Kraityn and Oak for their dialogues in Cruel/Merciless to finally see if this achievement activates. Added the Dying Exile npc at the start as a possibility, since we are not technically required to talk to him, so it could be considered an optional dialogue?

Passed Piety without completing Fairgraves or Four Pages side quests yet; will complete Dominus and then go back to finish them (to check for out-of-order dialogues, although I may need to do them before Piety/Dominus on second playthrough to check for possible in-order dialogues). Updated list to reflect the other npcs and dialogue so far: Lady Dialla, Captain Fairgraves, and Siosa.

-At least one dialogue (Bestel, Act I) only appears Multiple dialogues appear when you complete certain quests out of (given) order. A related post suggests another Such dialogues exist in Acts I, II, and III, but not confirmed for Act II yet.

-Dialogues that disappear generally seem to vanish upon related quest completion, so the general rule is to talk to everyone before completing quests (and also in between quests when dealing with quest items).

-Some optional dialogue may later appear under the same name that was a previous quest dialogue, such as Act I Nessa's Lioneye's Watch, since the first appearance produces a related quest, and the second appearance is no longer under a dividing quest line but instead is lit up again above (not greyed out).

-Some optional dialogue may appear in the quest dialogue section (under the dividing line in the window), but not yet confirmed.

-Library books should spawn one random book of each of the three types per instance.

Cool. A question, do we have to listen to ALL the dialogue (scrolls until it ends), or just have the option greyed out when we talk to the person?

The implication is that it must be completed over multiple difficulties. Out-of-order quest dialogue, for one thing, but I was actually thinking of the bandits.

Just to confirm that this is actually doable, right? Because there are 3 bandits and 1 Eramir. Which dialogues count as separate?

We actually intended to show the numbers for All Ears and No Stone Unturned. That it doesn't show these numbers is a bug. Locomancer will not show the numbers, but you can see your missing waypoints on the world map.

You can just click through the text if you don't want to read/listen to it. You'll still get the achievement.

You will need multiple difficulties to get All Ears. Note that it's all optional dialogue. Most quest dialogue doesn't count. You'll still need to side with all three bandit lords, though (Eramir has no optional dialogue for helping him, but the bandits do).

The All Ears achievement is actually deceptively difficult, though seeing the numbers will help.

There are 197190 optional NPC dialogues in the game to find, and 50 49 pieces of environmental lore.

[Edit2] As of 1.0.1, there are only 190 optional NPC dialogues.
[Edit3] Oops, you do need to help all three bandits and Eramir, too. Guess you need a bandit respec book...

Alright, fair enough, other question then. Is the achievement locked by quest state, that is, are any dialogues necessary which disappear when quests are completed?

Nooo... that means killing Oak! </3

Then again Ive never seen the dialogue for helping Alira and Kraityn so theres that :)

Well, once the bandit respecs are in you could theoretically do that...

They'll probably be quite expensive though.
