hi i have copied this build to a T at first my molten shell and curse ext wear procing lovely now im farming docks and they do not go of what so ever is there any reason to this. they are all linked the same way you said and all at lvl 1 the ones you said keep at lvl 1 anyway some advise would be very nice here many thanks . Endurance charges come from Voll's Devotion (endurance charge when power charge is consumed), and also from enduring cry if you are using it. Frenzy charges come from Blood Rage if running it, otherwise Blood Dance if using them (chance to gain frenzy charge on kill).
