Optimised for nemesis league, will prolly do it as marauder since I just started one anway

Really great build !
Was trying this as my first Nemesis character, did great until now, level 62, one hitted by Vaals big smash :( (And that with capped resist, 4k armor but my 6 endurance charge ran out) -Nerf

Anyone around here with a 6 linked infernal blow who can tell me how much dps you get out ?
Im currenty at 7k dps on infernal blow 5l and this dps just sucks. Need ages to kill dominus. Im really fed up with this low 7k dps. sure i have good survivability and im happy about that but my clearing speed is just .... snailish This is my current gear.

I really start thinking about respeccing this build to a Facebreaker + BoR + Aegis Mara. Buying a 6L-Chest is impossible since there are only idiotic prices for such items in poe. Hi I followed this build for the most part.. I am now lvl 72 with BOR, Aegis, Legacy strides.. mana leech ring.. q20 almost all gems.. and I still have mana issues ... Can not even consider using tempest as mana is extremely tight without it.. Can somebody please help me fix this problem?

Still i saw another very tanky infernal blow build reaching 15 - 18 k dps with infernal blow. I really would like to stick to your build because its a great build imo and i just want to know know which range of dps is possible with this build when having a 6 linked infernal blow skill and maybe a badass 1h weapon. @boxxboxx, two questions:
- Would you still go endurance charges if you would use cwdt + end + immr. call? - You don't feel it's worth going to the scion wheel?
