Why don't we have a REAL unique item !?

And no one complain about it( neither players nor devs), sometimes when you run Ledge you just think, will this next monster drop a mirror ?

@Ludvator2 : What if we introduced 5 Unique uniques ( Exiles champions uniques), each month or less than a month : one of them can drop like you described :

"#3 Champion unique was just dropped/acquired by player XY. 2 more uniques are still to be found"
This way players would have feeling they actually have a chance to find one..>

Interesting idea but spending time to create an item only 1 person can find is a waste of resources.

A spin off on this idea would be to have a rare item drop to someone once a day/week that rolls random mods but they are multiplied by 5 or 10. For example if that drop happens to be an amulet with the following stats:

18% IIR
3% increased fire damage
10% fire res
15% lightning res
15 strength

the unique unique roll would make it

90% IIR
15% increased fire damage
50% fire res
75% lightning res
75 strength

that way someone still gets a potentially epic item but no additional development resources are used

EDIT: to prevent someone from acquiring super OP gear the 5x bonus would be given only to whoever find the item and would disappear if traded.

I am not sure why GGG are against any item bound to account.. so it might be impossible to introduce the blessed item you suggested.
