Arc
Arc is the worst dmg skill in the game for casters. Using it as a "niche" skill also doesnt work because it simply casts to slow, deals no dmg and cost insane mana.

Hopefully will be towards good single target damage, or a few targets. Have enough massive AoE skills as it is.
To be fair though, the fixes have been mentioned in this thread by many different people many times: 1) Arc can chain to the same target if there are no nearby enemies. 2) Chain reads ''50% less projectile dmg'' as opposed to ''50% less dmg.'' Done. |

I would like if you had to aim arc, and if it was dodge-able as well(D2 chain lightning). It needs a damage boost but it also needs this.

Forums are SOOO much fun on patch day! Casuals play because it's fun, not to achieve any goal unreachable with their resources. (Probably) Still meh against single-targets whereas Spark does not, still lacks something to deal with 15-monster packs whereas Spark does not.
Mind, it's good to see Arc dealing more damage per point of Mana spent. Single-target issues can be acceptable, if the skill performs well elsewhere. I'm just not positive it will. Last edited by Vipermagi#0984 on Oct 22, 2013, 9:51:08 AM
