New dps, thanks to all your help guys, is 122k on flask, 28.2k without it, with the high crit multi gear, also es is at a decen8.6k, but i still prefer the gear that gives me 10k es, and less dps.

question: why are you measuring with cleave?
doesn´t cleave reduce the dmg by 40% while dual wielding?

wouldn´t dual strike offer more (single target) dps?

while i can think of some reasons to use cleave instead, i´d be very glad to hear your reasons :)

Cleave reduces 40% of physical damage while dual weilding, and as you can see i use ele damage, so i thats not a drawback for me.

It probably wouldnt offer more dps. plus cleave is area attack, and that's what i use for clearing mobs it would take too much time using dual strike on every single monster, when i can just cleave them once.

the only reason im using dual strike is because of reflect rares, thats it.

Cleave is the area attack, the most used attack for any chars is the area one, that can clear many mobs at the same time. There is no other skill that could give me this much dps, considering im also using concentrated effect and nullifying the area reduction via passives.

That would be about it, so in conclusion, theres no reason to calculate your dps on your single target skill, because you wont use that skill as often as your area one. So i just made the area skill do bigger damage, now the only usefulness of the single target one is the ele reflect rares.

Trying to get a belt with 30% ele and 40% fire rez so i can spec out of fire walker, and get 8% more area,16% more ele dmg, 8% more mana. if anyone has a belt with those 2 mods, im happy to give you an exalt for it

managed to get my hand on a belt with more fire rez, specced out fire walker, dps is now 167k on cleave with malis, a crit ammi and crit multiplier gem instead of light pene. es is still a decent 9.2k. but i still prefer the less dps setting with 10k es and max rez. 167k is overkill anyway.

kinda reached my goal with the dps thingy.

going to buy a 68 Maze map so i can solo double vaal(if anyone has one, PM me). in the meanwhile feels had one so we decided to 2v2 double vaal.
