What is the consensus on the Cruel Bandits with these Spectral Throw/Leap Slam/Double Strike builds?
Do you all think helping Oak is still best? Or go for the attack speed? Seems like kind of a toss up for me |

" I believe helping Oak is the most optimal. The attack speed sounds nice on paper, but the reality is that both Double Strike and Spectral Throw already have insanely good attack speed just from passives alone and then add on Faster Attacks (and Multi-Strike for Double Strike) and that 8% attack speed becomes insignificant. So I hear this build is tanky but dps is just so so end game, especially with no crit or shock stacking. Is that true?

So i want to mess with this build a bit and include some more INT based abilities. What is the most damage enhancing curse you could cast on an enemy with this build?
I see vulnerability has 34% increased physical damage at lvl 20. Any other thoughts? I also see a curse that weakens cold resistance but since your hatred cold damage is based on your physical i can't see that being a good choice. |

" Faster Attacks is the better choice. I would not recommend pairing it with Faster Projectiles, some people like it though I personally think it makes Spectral Throw worse. It changes the AoE radius and makes the shotgun effect harder to manage, at least for me. |

anyone has a finished build for level 100 i have one in mind but would like to compare with others to see the choices made.
