Iggy's Spectral Throw Build! Combines the best of ALL worlds. [SC/HC]

So do we need Resolute Technique(RT) for this build? I feel like its a lot of wasted nodes. I am level 33 right now and I took RT and now am working my way down to physical damage nodes but I am just curious if RT is even necessary.

So i'm sitting in game right now and I had point blank, and I noticed that the returning projectiles did basically 0 dmg, even right next to me.

Took that point out, and suddenly I'm doing way more damage all around than before.



Can anyone else confirm this? If point blank is based on distance travelled, I'd assume you're losing out on dps. 150% for closer shot < 200% from first shot out and return shot.

Yup. definitely. Cut the time I killed piety in half. Would love to see someone else confirm this, I'd assume GG isn't going to recode how point blank works (distance travelled is easier to calculate than distance from you) so it's probably a bad pickup on the tree.


I know you didn't get it in your build tree, but it is right next to it, so just curious if anyone was like me and grabbed it because it was right there and sounded like a 300% increase with return+send when it's actually less overall.

You don't need RT in the build, especially if you use swords. You'll be fine as long as you're overleveled.

YOu wont lose anything, go and grab Iron Grip asap :P
Your DPS rises about 20-30 % :D don't wait do it :D
