That's some clever ruse.

I am assuming he did help oak for the 18% phys damage. That he is using bear trap linked with added cold lvl 20 and that he is running hatred lvl 20 on a lvl 20 0q bear trap gem:

Phys: average base damage*helping oak extra phys damage = (2935*1.18)=3463

Cold: 40% of phys damage added as cold from hatred with 150% damage effectiveness 58% converted to fire = (2935*1.18*0.4*1.5+48*1.5)*cold*0.42=903*cold

Fire: 29% of phys added as fire from added fire with 150% damage efficiency + 58% of the would have been cold damage = ((2935*1.18)*0.29*1.5+(2935*1.18*0.4*1.5+48*1.5)*cold*0.58)*fire=(1507+1247*cold)*fire

Total: 3463+903*cold+(1507+1247*cold)*fire

"fire" refers to total increased fire mod
"cold" refers to total increased cold mod


With a total of 70 increased fire and 40 increased cold he should deal 10257 damage each none crit bear trap. Guess that could be enough to maybe kill a no party piety with help of some curse.

(I could of course have done something really wrong)

Edit: if supreme truth's (80-100)% increased Physical Damage works with bear trap the damage would be really insane. I don't know if it does work

Maybe it was just me, but something seemed really off on that video. Like a skip or something. I could be wrong. it could have been my connection. But... Color me not completely convinced.

he probably went on to normal piety after showing its in merciless, its obviously a fake because just 2 x 1k dps traps cant kill her

It is a valid concern, but is it possible to montage a video like that on twitch? I wouldn't know because i used twitch streaming for maybe total 5 seconds

Then again, piety drops hubris circlet there which is min ilvl 69, which would require double video montage since piety at the end is definitely merciless one.. pre fight stage is stageable but to stage combat like that.. not sure if possible at all
