So pretty much this ends up being an overall damage decrease, but an overall increase in consistency. Also Maligaro is awesome.

Meant to bolster self casters. Now there are more options for having two 6-links from gear. Although it could probably use some balance changes in terms of how much cast speed and mana regeneration is given. It's possible to get very high cast speed and mana regen builds, but sacrifice defense. I wanted to make an interesting mechanic built around Power charges, because Power charges only give one stat compared to Frenzy or Endurance charges. Undiscerning Remorse

There is a small lack of Energy shield and Evasion uniques, so I've added a helmet to try and fill the gap. I actually wanted the helmet to be only energy shield based, but for some reason it didn't make much sense to limit the helmet to only casters. If you're creative enough you can build around the mechanic. Pyroclasm

This one is sort of MTG inspired. I wanted to give players options of building high ignite chance, while spreading fire to virtually everything. Burn baby burn!!! Empowered Zeal

This one could be tricky. There are currently no unique rustic sashes, so I wanted to change that. Most people stack defenses on belts, but I decided to avoid those completely. It has an interesting mechanic, but needs extensive testing to work. There is that other unique ring that gives monsters unlucky, so I don't know how they would stack/cancel. I was also working on a unique shield for shield charge builds, but I'm stuck on what do add onto the mods. Please comment on them.
