Can't bother with that crap, it's not the method of presentation that makes the item.

The image link in the OP are broken, and I don't know the first thing about CSS. It's a concept, but I think it would be an interesting high-level weapon.

Didn't know block chance/too lazy to look up, should be self explanatory in any case. Art for the shield (at least in my head) would look like so: Round shield with spikes protruding from the edges (much like the shape of a sun) with a large eye sewn shut in the middle. That's a nice start to a unique, ML. I'd like to see what else you'd add to it. So basically, you're getting a craptonne of blockchance at the expense of most of your chance to hit...

If I ever have 1000 dollars sitting around I wanted to submit this as an item for Balancing:
Whimsicle Pendant Onyx Amulet ================= Amulet ----------------------- Requires level 15 ----------------------- +15 to All Attributes ----------------------- Enemies Share Charges, Buffs, and Debuffs with the Player Player Shares Charges, Buffs, and Debuffs with Enemies Shared Buffs and Debuffs are 100% more potent for those receiving them -20% Max Elemental Resistances +20% Max Chaos Rezistances Enemies can not resist more Elemental Damage then player. Elemental Proliferation on Shared effects. ----------------------- We will share in our glory, and share in our plight, for me, it's a story, for you it's a freight. The idea is that while in most situations players want to stack up to 75% resistances, and then slam the enemy for as many status effects as possible, in this situation it's not a wise idea. If you hit an enemy with a burn, you'll also receive it, but at 200% damage. Similarily if an enemy did the same to you, you'll burn him and all his nearby allies due to the addition of Proliferation. In addition, because enemies have the exact same values for resistances as you do, you'll actually be rewarded for having low resistances, such as... -60%. Having higher resistances, like 55%, your new cap, would reduce the rate you can kill enemies at as well. If you are strong, your enemies are strong, if you are weak, the same for them. |
