What does that leave? Two things. Finding items and leveling up, with the latter providing no reward whatsoever save for the number on your screen going up one. There isn't even content out that high. It's absolutely pointless to sacrifice MF on your gear to become one of the "top ladder" players. There's no reward other than showing off you play the game like a job and enjoy mindlessly grinding for countless hours.

With MF, you get a reward, lots of them. This is why GGG is nerfing it. This is why it's such a hot topic now.

I wouldn't wear any helm without MF, no matter how good the stats, save for a build-enabling one like BoR. That's my opinion, hope that helps.
