" Hard to say with any accuracy tbh. It has 2 prefix, so it obviously can't roll those again, which leaves 75 left. So in the simplest terms, yes it would seem you have a 1/75 chance, which would be ~1.3%. I don't keep track of every roll, but I can tell you that some prefixes roll more often than others (cold dmg and mana come to mind). Interestingly, I think I've only rolled flat fire like 5 times- I've easily rolled cold dmg five times as much. I do keep a log of how many times I've rolled physical prefix in my OP. Btw, flaring is lvl 77 prefix, the dagger is lvl79. I can tell you that I've alt'd thousands of wands / daggers since Jan. I always save up til I have 1k and spam an item. On average, I see flaring 20-30 times per 1k sometimes more than that. In contrast, I see tyrannical once per 1k if I'm lucky. "The Eye of Ra appears against you, His force is powerful against you. " Cool, so you don't get it. You're analogy is fail btw. Thicket / Citadel have the same shitty base crit chance; 5%. In fact all bows have 5% base. So if you compare a Citadel against Thicket, the only thing the Citadel has on the Thicket bow is a bit more top end dmg. The thicket has way more attack speed and the both have 5% crit. The base crit of those faster daggers you love so much is much lower that the slower ones. Daggers were made to crit- look at the fucking shadow area and every dagger cluster; loaded with crit. But the crit chance on the weapon itself is much more important than the crit from items/passives... In fact, comparing base items of another weapon type shows how misinformed you really are. ..So how many eternal you wanna donate Wawa?
