" Oh wow. Really neat. How do I get the thing away from my right screen side where it always says it wants to level up that gem? Is that possible? And what boots do you use? I can't find any under the gear section. And the video link doesn't work or the video was removed :( |

it seems like like the alpha helm is the main part of this build how do we get one?
also i have claw claw wep i cant seem the replace wats a way to get a better claw and wat stat should we look for when using a claw i would link my claw but dont no how one other thing is templar sheild that bad and why ? on the build i am having some prablems with maana regan would it be worth it if i pick up mental acuity ? Loving the build so far! I am struggling too at the moment, dying a lot and cant keep up on mana! This is my first character, so im slowly saving up for gear and stuff.
Few questions for now though! When should i switch to the 1hp Node? How much ES should i have before i activate that? And I have clarity on just for now to keep up with mana, even though it still doesnt keep up, if i keep leveling up clarity and discipline, and it keep taking more mana in reserve, will it be worth it? Or should i keep them at level 1 until i have more mana? my mana atm = 314, and i have 72 once the two auras are up, any advice for that? I am sure you answered these already, i just think a personal reply from someone will help me out :P and ive been reading and learning, thanks! I got the helmet -> the Gull Raven Mask, idk how to put up an item like yall did, but it has 129% ev/es 31 mana, 18life per kill, and 13 ES per kill, will that do until alphas howl? atm im saving up for the amulet, since it seams to be a big part of the build. hope that is all makes sense! Gear dependant something awful though. my current claw. I don't think it's worth it to buy anything but a boss one similar to yours... Gonna save up 25 exalts or so. I already blew 21 exalts on my great chest, Rainbowstrides, and eye of chayula, and I had to sell off my DW duelist to get it : /. It's slow going. But I'm doing well. 4k ES, and 12k dps... 69 rare maps are easy, but I'm trying to slowly save up 69/70's and not use them. I don't have the chaos to blow on rerolling maps . So I alch 69's and just do them. And don'ttouch 70's/save them up. I'm trying to imagine how the hell you reach 40k dps though. Lets say I get a 300dps claw with 9% crit chance. and both rings with accuracy, and gloves with accuracy instead of Auzersize for MF... I don't picture breaking 30k. Ps: ignore the gems, those are for leveling to sell. And everybody wondering how to start: It's not hard. If you don't have CI gear, then just stay life untill you can get CI gear. I waited untill 64 and 2k ES. Rainbowstrides and a 400ES shield is enough alone, to get you 2k ES. Vaal pac is not necessary till maps. 15% LL and 5k dps, you'll do just fine leveling till Dominus. how can you say that this build is not item dependant when you need the following not-so-cheap items:
- alpha howl for 2auras and 'cannot be frozen'. - eye of chayula. coz you are stunned in every sec otherwise and/or desynced - good dmg claw. its in every stash for every 10th level - high es items, like min 2k es with discipline at 55-58lvl - high eva / res: projectiles, spells, rare mobs with crits, frenzy charges - q skill gems coz you need the lowest possible attrib points to make them viable: you wont get enough str from the passives nor items, coz you need res / es / eva. and these are needed, not optional. without hp and stun threshold reduction you are stunned to death and die instantly at the end of cruel / beginning of merciles. (eye of chayula is a must, 12+ chaos) without enough res and hp, you are slowed / chilled. without auras: discipline / hatred / grace, you wont have enough es / dmg, not to mention that everyone in act1 will freeze you to death without 'cannot be frozen' (alpha howl, 3exalted+). 5L itemx1, 2x4L and high dmg/res items and high eva/es items and a shield with enough block chance.. 2xEva flask(meele packs), 1xGranite (projectiles, archers!), 2xVariable res flasks with special attribs like 'dispels burning/bleeding/...' yeah, not item-dependant. spectral throw scion, almost any time of marauder, full block templar, es / phys ranger are not item dependant. they can survive and deal dmg without dying a lot thx to their passives / basic quest reward skill gems and the mechanics of the game so pls dont try this build without enough currency / items. specially not in nemesis.. |

" This build is aimed at being almost immortal in maps. Who cares if it's not too great leveling. Which it is btw....with a tweak or two. Don't go CI til later. stay life. Use your free passive resets once you have 18 of them. If you go CI without Alpha's Howl..you can't run hatred. SO why go CI while leveling?? 10=15% LL( which you don't even need from gear..it's on your tree) and leveling is nothing. Use a 4L. Use hand me down life /resists gear, and a half decent claw. Pop granite flasks and rape your way to 60+ I can't defend how expensive it is in end game, but complaining about leveling? Seriously. It doesn't get any easier. Oh, and I did docks 58-64 with 1950 ES. It really isn't that hard. Pop a ruby flask for dogs. It's about as hard as a ARPG can be...it's all about gear and progression walls because of gear. And I don't care if it's not HC viable. Nothing is IMO. eventually you WILL die. I don't see the appeal in HC. The only times I've ever died as this build, were because of desync. And it's not even that bad or often. In fact i've died three times.. and it was on Dominus. My life was full...all my attacks missed then boom, I'm dead. Happened three times. Piety was a faceroll. " Well he stated more than once that the CI build is NOT HC viable in this form. Anyway, I started with this in a new leauge with over an year of non-play (I never finished normal before). I'm now in merc act 2. I have trouble sometimes, yeah, but I can manage. It's really fun to play. I found some nice items, to use, sold some stuff, bought some stuff. Maybe I got really lucky with drops idk but my gear is still shitty (1,8k dps, 1,6k ES, 3L) but I manage and still kill stuff easily. And it makes me more fun to play than some other builds. You might be right that you shouldn't just play right into it, I don't have much of these items yet that he has posted in his gear section. You can play this build from scratch you might need to lvl sometimes, farm a bit, trade a bit. But I have fun playing it. So yeah, people shouldn't just play it, but they should read about it and then consider if they want to play this build or not depending on their preferences. I don't mind trading sometimes. Some might. @DamageIncorporated: And I played ES from the start and I still managed. Got GR really early and it was ease since the monster don't deal that much dmg in norm (bit more obv. in cruel) but you evade way more with ES anyway. Well my opinion at least.
