I said that "Templar" specifically did not imply any guilt. He was probably not exiled happily by the church, since they knew they'd be losing a previous ally. He was exiled because he was starting to bring up concerns that would hurt the church, and the church officials would have none of it. He continued to air these concerns and the church's hand was forced to exile him.

"Duelist" definitely does imply guilt, since his crime was dueling (specifically for a personal matter, outside the rules and supervision of the arena). It would be like calling someone "Gum Spitter" if it was illegal to spit out your gum.

"Ranger" was a stretch on my part, because she's really the least guilty of anyone exiled. She was exiled because she was inconvenient -- living on land owned by some wealthy asshole with connections. I doubt that her poaching amounted to much, since she appears to have been poaching for food for herself, or at the very least not poaching with the sole intent to harm the land owner.

New class would be called: The Mystic.
Its starts from the center of the tree and gets to choose another starting point anywhere in the tree.
The drawback is: -15% damage and 15% more damage taken.

Nah drawback aint a good idea unless you go with that mechanic/lore:

Once you finish the game and have reached lvl 85 lets say you can accept to reborn and you are reseted to Zero but in the middle of the tree (restructured to be a good spot maybe make it a closed zone with special abilities and yet get 5 pts to spend, once finish you select which starting spot you want) and this allows you to do Rebirth only quest and areas and have special items

Just have to make long stretch like around the actual tree

it actually makes more sense that this area is supposed to be separated and unattached from the main passive tree. later levels u gain 1 point per level from that starting area in the middle. say around lvl 70 or 75. u can call it expert nodes or expert branch... something like that.

the middle leprechaun nodes are wasted points pretty much. i personally would rather have it this way.

A new game within PoE :)

All about setting up a shop and getting that hard earned gear sold in an efficient manner.

They'll have their own skill tree (all about improving their trading abilities) and gain exp from selling/buying gear.

Well maybe not, but if it's not a merchant... then it has to be a fisherman

Wait, is there actually going to be a new class? I haven't seen anything about it.

There's a few nodes in the middle that aren't just wasted points, it depends on your build and if you can easily reach any of the middle nodes that might help you.
