Power charge on crit plus three counter gems its a nice alternative for power charges. I like saffell but I don't use it anymore just because I rather the extra es. I rather just not get hit than chance missing a block even with rumi. Its.more of a personal preference.

" Its cheap to get it going but incredibly expensive to get it perfect. Somewhere in these hundred pages i do a mock shopping and gear the whole thing for 20 exalts. 10 would get by since prices on everything have dropped considerably. ign slashzilla

Well, 3rd shadow in, decided to try this build, and lets just say, it's working wonderfully. LV42 in LVL48 areas and haven't died once. sexy. many thanks.

so since they will continue the "path of nurfs" in the 2.0 "nurfpension"
