I believe it will give you enough max resist another 3% if I am not mistaken. You might also consider finding more leech because vaal pact reduces the total % and this build feeds of dps leech. Also more dps is better for atziri. Are you using concentrated effect and why would you use double strike?

Thanks for the reply. I dont use concentrated effect but just replace reave with double strike only for single target boss. I believe this gives me more dps(atleast on tooltips), or am I wrong?
I have 18% life leech with bloodrage, the leech is quite fast but not instant. I will try the flask nodes! thx mate.
