How can you facetank the small flameblast?

Only with the 75 fire res and the flask?!

and how many es do you have?

in my experience they dont seem to strike as fast compared to the lightning one, so aslong as i can see i dont get 6+marks right under me, i can outleech the dmg it does.

yes i only got 75 ress + a ruby flask - i got bout 12,5k es when doing uber with just under 300k dps with pcoc/conc effect etc.

----also to your other question bout passives, i myself am using the attack speed nodes, the higher leech from more phys dont seem to outshine the faster leech from more aps.

12.5k es thats nice ^^ in my first try i had something like 8k es i think and i was a little bit nervous ^^

Have to upgrade my chest now and try her after that again

i am going to focus on levling up to 99 this week, than ill upload some new videos :)

i still dont get it how u guys can have so many dps, my shadow is lvl 86 in rampage and got 12k dps without buffs. i got a decent dagger with 220 dps (8,6crit) and crit/attspeed/lifeleech equip. and only 7,3k es

how can u guys get 300k dps? ^^

Hey Atlas and everyone else,

I have a question regarding Boss fights. I am currently lvl 86 with 8k ES, have all res at max (75) and 35k dmg with all auras and buffs running. Damage is fine and i have no problems in regards to that.

However, how do you manage to kill bosses who do crazy elemental damage like the one from Residence (Lvl 74 map), Necropolis (Merveil lvl 75 map) or Crematorium (76 map).
I almost die instantly. and as soon as they cast those lightning bolts, thunderstorms, twisters I am dead in a sec...even if I stand at boss and hack on him like crazy for ES leech...

Any tips what I should look out for? Maybe increased max res with gems?

How come you're using Rainbowstride? The block doesn't seem to be worth much when you're not getting block from anything but a shield, and it seems like you could get the ES on a good rare as well?

The skill trees are pretty weird, you gave a tree which I follow for 58 points, then the tree goes nowhere near the points it took me on the Atziri tree...

Hi fellow shadow reavers, I'm kinda noob and I'm running into serious problems with this build. I just dinged level 60 and it's been an uphill battle (since about level 40 I'd say, with so many deaths draining XP!) Even farming fellshrine is really really difficult for me. So to give some info, and hopefully someone can help :(

I opted to go straight for the Vaal Pact build and I am currently at this tree stage (6 points away from vaal):



I was lucky enough to get an Eye of Chayula, so I didn't need to rush Unwavering yet

My current gear is as follows:



The problem I am experiencing is that I don't leech ES fast enough to account for incoming damage since my damage isn't great. I know my chestpiece is suboptimal (not pure ES) but I have been unable to find a better one.

Am I missing something? Would Vaal Pact turn everything around for me? Any help would be appreciated!

they are cheap effective boots, that brings a bit of everything we need es/mana/all ress/etc :p

they might not be "the" best but they are effectively among the best

with that gear, you have to move out of the spells you cant facetank those bosses, when you have a mirror dagger you can start facetanking most bosses, but not all bosses on all maps with all mapmods.

what i usually do i play with increased area of effect instead of critdmg and hit bosses from "range" vaal reave helps too

even i am afraid of crema and dominus since those are the bosses with the right mapmods and bad rng can hit you easily for 10k in less than 1 second. ill upload a video today of one bossfight with pretty nice desync action and mass shockstacking :)
