I would say, below 100 ex, you can start it, but use claws instead of daggers.
With daggers, you just NEED Atziri's Acuity badly, it makes the lion's share of your budget.

With close to BiS gear in most slots, there is much less need for Atziri's Acuity. But still, those gloves really DO matter, and i think you cant deny that. they will raize your safety to an absolutely new level, while also solving almost all mana issues. They also provide proper colour for CWDT+Ic combo (which is hard to get on ES pieces).

I think its all about the dagger that 3500 ex craft rly allowed the build to shine

however next league i try to lvl as an life based reaver, and maybe make a guide to it. so that ppl can make it on a budget.

budget guide will not be weapon bound. i guess that would make the most sense....

Allright i gave it a second try after getting some more wealth :) I changed the built a bit because i am using bino and want the life regen for my es than :) than again i dont need vaal pact
