sry man, but this build is not for you.

im just honest....

id first play your scion to at least lvl 90 to get at least some currency, you'll need a lot to make this build work.

so would you recommend enduring cry + cwdt + immortal call or inc duration + cwdt + immortal call, which would be the better option?

getting 4 red is the best solution

getting 3 red and 2 red is the 2nd best solution

can also depend abit on your preference, i myself like the 3red+2red abit more, as im way to lazy to curse myself, i run crit weakness+inc aoe with the 2 red on cwdt :p
but with that said, it could still be sweet sometimes to have an open 4link to try out new fun with.

so ye would probs go with danisonxtc recommendation aswell, but getting 4 reds on a hubris is rather hard :p the 1b3r took me like 800chroms :p but im also very unlucky form time to time :p

thats why im saving up for atziri gloves. so i can finally have my 4r.

im sorry i have the gems in my shield for it i should have specified that

as i said you need 2r and 3r extra otherwise it doesnt work... you need to link IC with increased duration.

so

cwdt - increased duration - Immortal call

and

enduring cry - cwdt



if you only link

cwdt - immortal call - enduring cry, you get too much dmg from reflect and stuff.

true to that, just ran a quick test on a phys reflect pack without inc duration, i totaly died :p

like multiple times xD

seems like even if u build 3 endu charges the duration without inc, is simply to short compared to the cooldown on cwdt itself, so needs that extra gem to close the gap i guess

Depending on your leech you should be able to use an iron flask 90% increase right before you strike to buffer the first hit until cwdt goes off. A pack leader is one thing but a full phys reflect map is quite another. Another good tip is to stack and iron flask with increased armor plus a secondary non iron flask with increased armor.
