I think reason why OP chose to use that shield, is because it offers high resistences + high strenght which is a huge problem for this build ... without having to pay a mirror

And he probably has enough es at 10k ....

Also anyone using auxium atm ? How does it fair end game compared to rustic sash / dream frag switch

i even run auxium and dreamfrags on some maps :)

MortalKombat3 and danisonxtc, ty for answered :)
which bandits i need to help in normal, cruel and merciles, thanks!!
okay, slowly edging towards endgame but build feels more and more incomplete as i continue, which makes it more fun.

I have switched into auxium, and left out dream frag, will switch out of abyssus later on, if my DPS increases enough. currently 90k with hatred, about 120-130k with frenzy and stuff (no conc effect) .... with abyssus tho so kinda lacklustered i think.... but i am lvl 77 and havent gotten all the dmg and global crit nodes yet.

Anyways one more important question:

HOW IMPORTANT IS THE +2 ALL MAX RESIST ?

I know these are for VERY END game, so should we grab them LAST? I was hoping to get all the eva/es nodes beside the shadow tree before getting the 2x 4% ias + 40%+80% global crit on the left of unwavering stance before finally getting those.

Should we get them last, or get them second last after all the ES nodes .... or first before ES nodes and extra dmg?

Any thoughts??

It was said 1000 times - 2% max res alone arent worth investing at all. However, if you adopt your build a bit, and will use Purity aura(s) (or someone in your party provides them), then it will be a great defensive boon against Atziri, Megaera, Shock and Horror, Dominus and some other difficult encounters.
Do you need it - well, decide yourself. You should decide, if you need better elemental protection, or you have issues with physical damage. And if you're ready to drink potions when in need.
My personal opinion - combined with Flask Effect nodes and Purity auras (+buff effect, if possible) it will be worth every point invested, because it will mean 95% max resists instead of 90%, for example (50% mitigation) But again, perhaps for you even 90% res will be enough, and you dont need immunity to elements? Every player has his own playstyle....
Abyssus isnt an option for endgame. Just because of extra physical damage taken. You can bear with it while farming easy content like Lunaris, but no way you can survive with it consistently in lvl78 maps while having 100K+ DPS, especially considering some map mods.

There is no knowledge
That is not power
How good gear is needed for this build to be able to go against atziri? I mean around how much es and how good dagger (200, 250+ dps)?
I'm doing coc build atm, and when it comes to going against atziri i'm dead at double vaal... or it might be just me not playing good enough...
And how crucial is dream fragments and it's cannot be frozen mod? Would it be playable with gift from above in place of dream fragments?

you need 9k es for atziri.

if you are a skilled played and can dodge most stuff, 6-8k would also be enough.

dpswise you need around 40k dps for atziri

i can kill double vaal with pretty much any build...

if you get frozen in a big pack and your anti freeze flasks isnt rdy its time to altf4 instant.

since you dont want to alt f4 in 77+ maps since they are too expensive, youll use dream frags/auxium.

@bowen123 i played to 97 without +2 max res. i dont need it but i run topaz and ruby flasks always!

exactly. if you wanna do hard maps, you can throw abyssus in the trash, same as 90% of the builds out there too :)

Great, thanks for input, now i know which direction to head with my build for endgame and bossing.

Also for cwdt, do you guys prefer to use enfeeble / temporal chains / or warlords mark?

I mention warlord's mark, because if i use warlord's mark, i can take out death rush and use a really sick ring i've been wanting to use.... not only that, we won't have to spend a mirror to buy carrion braid lol...

but just wondering which set up you think would be more effective?

what would you need warlords mark for?

i either run enfeeble or crit weakness on cwdt
