How many fusing you using when make 6 link your item?

I am really lucky when it comes to linking items (Only place in POE that I am lucky though, so it levels out) - First was linked in bout' 15, second 50~, third 2 n' got 3 6L in Nemesis in bout' 60 total.

Only thing I ever 6linked was I used ca. 1440 fus and had to unlink 21 5links before I got the 6L

Apparently I used up all my POE luck last night. My first 6S item dropped and I spent 1 fusing hoping for a 4L to get another support gem in there and was shocked to see an achievement update.

Well, I sold all my Stuff, 2Ex + 30Chaos to get fusings... (TryHardAction) For my 6 Socket Kaom's Primacy.

At the end I had 244 fusings in my stash...

After 244 fusings = no 6 Link :( bad day!

My astral plate took about 100 and my gf's vaal regalia about 300 so i consider myself very lucky with the fusings.

68 fusings

took 150 or so, I'm told.

I am at 417 fusings and 130 Whetstone`s now. Still no 6 or 5 Link.



Update: 448 fusings and 145 whetstone's

I've now put over 2000 Fuse into Astral plates in an attempt to get a single 6L and nothing. I understand that getting 6L needs to be difficult in order to keep things interesting, but that's like 30 Ex worth of Fuse man! Give me a @#%@ing break! There needs to be a limit!!

Took 3 fusings.

Traded 3 GCP for 90 jewellers, rolled it to 6 socket, vendored remaining jews into fusings, and rolled it in 3.
