ANOTHER QUESTION:
Sorry if this may seem a bit irrelevant to this thread - but what are the best places besides Maps to farm for good items to go along with this build? Basically right now I am at lvl 75 following this build. I don't have soul taker or bringer of rain (yes i suck i know), I can only handle regions up to lvl 67 monsters.
Where should I farm to maximize my chance to pick up better items (and level up at the same time)? I'm currently farming in the imperial garden, is that a good place?
How do you guys do it? Any tips would greatly appreciate!

It kind of doesn't work that way. Any given spot you farm will render nothing but trash to vender for alt shards, the odd terrible unique, and the odd currency drop. Hours and hours of it.
Save up currency and BUY good gear.
Fun eh? Feels sooooo rewarding.
I just blew my only 70 map, rolled it with 39% increased quantity, and did a map drop to replace it? nope. And predictably, nothing but vender trash dropped.

Hmm I am still fine with Cleave I dont understand what you all have aswell I dont understand why all are talking about ele damage in a Blender PURE-PHYS thread you do prolly 95% PhysDamage for what you want that EleAxe that brings you more danger against EleReflect?

Ps. I use Cleave dont like that shit with aiming from Target to Target with SingelTargetAttacks for Bosses that is great but for largeGroups it sucks.

Greetings Frankenstein

First off why use Cleave? It's damaged is lower than alternatives such as Dualstrike splash or Cyclone. I'ts no longer viable so to speak to DW cleave unless you want to continue convincing your self that your gimped damage is awesome.
Also no one that knows what they're talking about advocates for ele dmg gem in Phys Blender build. Maybe in a 5L/6L and as your last best gem. But not in a Bringer of Rain.
Added fire dmg is the gem you want if you have room in Bringer of Rain, not weapon ele dmg.
If you really don't like Cyclone ( I don't use it because I run 2 auras and can't afford the cost without gimping my damage by using Blood magic gem) use DUalstrike splash.

When Deal with the Bandits quest, what should I take as rewards following this guide?

Thanks :)

Does it really need a explanation? Should you pick power charge when you aren't using power charges?(no) Should you pick a passive point instead of life?( no) Phys damage vs ias? ( ias is better)
If you think about it, the OP's guide should just confirm what you would naturally think to chose for rewards.

looking at the Dyadus axe, it seems utterly broken...would it be viable with this build with a bit of rework? (using ele damage nodes, belt, jewelery etc)...ofc if the axe doesnt get nerfed to the ground

Bandits
Normal: Help Oak or Kill all - Health or Passive
Cruel: Help Oak - 18% Phys damage
Merciless: Help Oak or Kill All - Extra Endurance Charge or Passive. I would go with passive over the extra charge, as 90% damage reduction is already enough.

This is what OP wrote

That was pre patch. He doesn't have 90% damage reduction. No one does.

With endurance charges, evasion flask and armor flask you easily can. I have 86% damage reduction with just my granites.

There is also one little perk of droping cleave. You can use as offhand way wider range of weapons
So besides dual strike, what are the main gems used for damage in this build since cleave got nerfed?
