I didnt include Chernobogs Pillar because it's straight-forward what it does, and i did think it is useless :-)
But now with increased DoT stuff, the new kahoms chest etc. it may be become powerful with certain builds. But if you have such a build, the choice will be obvious :-)

And i think Lioneyes remorse is the most beautiful shield out there! <3

Agree. And on lategame, spell's are are big problem, because you can only mitigate them with hp and spellblock/spelldodge, or +max resistances.

Problem is the massive INT requirement :-(

It is not that easy to get it, and obviously its very strong item if you get block chance nodes.

my help with the int is my carnage heart amulet.. without it half of my gear is out of order..

I think it's worth mentioning that Lioneye's Remorse is the perfect shield to use with any build that uses Abyssus. It's not all that difficult to get your armor over 18k with Determination, an above-average chest, and a modest effort to put points into increased armor nodes. At that point even the really large hits are going to have difficulty one-shotting you, Abyssus be damned.
