What exactly means "including Dual Wielding"?

I Play Dualwield Claws with AOE (Dualstrike + Meleesplash) and Lifeleech. Is the dmg taken from both Weapons or only from the Mainhand?

See in the chat yesterday that many people write that dualwield have still not enough skills and many players goes only mainhand. So that wood be a great skill if its for dual to. ;)
