Ele cleave is dead, so yeah. Physical cleave superior to ele cleave builds sicne the nerfs.

Oh great GGG, just when I'm making two new melee Shadows, you announce a new skill that will likely be perfect for them, but won't let me have it for a week or two! What am I supposed to do now?!
