Hey mrbojangles i was just curious how you have been handling corrupting blood as a summoner. I have heard that they can be quite scary. Do you have any tips or feedback on how you have managed to deal with them when you come across them?

According to my zombies tooltip the life on hit bonus from claws is being applied to my zombies as well.
Thoughts on this? And would the leech% from higher level claws apply as well? |

I am also playing this build on Nemesis, but this is my first nemesis toon so no extra gear to twink it, done everything solo except:
• Dominus in Normal and Cruel • Piety on the Crematorium (due to lack of gear/gems it’s very hard to kill anything that has the Storm Herald Affixe). • Piety in Lunaris on cruel (that was a hard time for me level 48-49 zombies had very low life and my gear was way under leveled) Currently I am level 60 juts starting merciless act 2, just had to farm a bit on cruel act 3, Crematorium and Crypt? Then on Act one farmed Ledge from 50 to 54, then farmed Prison and Brutus to get some gear and more levels at 59 once I have fixed my resists I decided to kill Merveil (piece of cake). I’m still running a mix of Life/ES with currently 2K life and 600 ES, its very rare I get hit hard or for long enough to even touch my life. This is my current tree,

Due to lack of gems I’m using Hatred most of the time, and cursing with Vulnerability, unless it’s a very heavy elemental damage zone where I will switch to Purity, makes killing a bit slower, but I want to survive and progress not rush to an earlier death. I am also using conversion trap a gem that I found, it is awesome since you can use that for a particular hard Rare and keep him on your side till you clear the room, (that pesky summoner on the other side of the room, or the friendlies cannot die rare etc…) Gear I’m using

Normal was easy; I just decided to pay for Dominus since I was too scared of that fight, Cruel, act one and two was easy, at the middle of act 2 I felt the need for minimum instability, which made it all easy, I got lucky and found a conversion trap gem that also made hard Rare’s a lot easier, act 3 is a pain, there is a lot of chaos damage and your minimums don’t have enough life, sewers are pretty scary, on the other hand closed maps like Crematorium and Crypt are perfect for this build. On Merciless you really want to get to prison as soon as you can, just be very careful of puncturing and lightning arrow and it’s an easy place to farm, Brutus is a great boss to get some gear upgrades at this time, with 12 skeletons around him he might chain you two or three times during the fight wile his life is constantly dropping to skeletons explosions, just don't let the totem expire. " I honestly never tried it. In theory it shouldn't work since it doesn't have the word "minions" in the affix. Claws can roll gem skills, mana, resists, mana regen and intellect but no fast cast or spell damage. So you can roll a very good defensive claw as well. It will actually be easier to craft since claws have less affixes pool than wands and daggers. IGN Riokar | My guides

I can confirm life on hit on gear works for minions. (I have no idea is this is a bug or not).

" Its probably a bug. Does it actually work or is just a tooltip bug? And you are saying life on hit on ALL gear or the implicit from claws? Yeah i tested this with a skeleton to make sure its life actually goes up. (without any other source of regen or leach)
