Gems!

Meele Splash is a early quest reward for quite some classes, so you can play up a char yourself or buy it cheap.
Multistrike sounds like a real problem: its drop only, many want it --> will be very expensive to get early in new leagues (hope they get rid of that "drop only gems" but dont think so).

How does that build work without multistrike?

I'm actually lvl 70 , and here's my zombies setup :
- raise zombies : 0% quality , lvl 17
- 5 link : raise zombies/melee splash/multistrike/life leech/faster attack.
- aura I use : haste , discipline
- I use MF gear , so I have no unique equiped to boost minions life/damage

And they're not tanky at all, they're getting destroyed in every maps.

I spend the whole runs re-summoning my zombies (not to mention my mana and potions are always empty compare to the rate I have to resummon them) and when it comes to gameplay it makes the game very boring, because I'm sure thats not the way summoner are meant to be played, so any help would be welcome.
