I am an Newbie and try to play your Life Summ. Build in Warbands. So I have a few questions about the build:

What would be a good chest for the Life Summoner? Or almost good gear at Warbands?
Why u don't usw desecrate at ur life build?

Sorry for that newbie questions, but I am an newbie and want to learn much more about my Summoner :).

Any chest with life and resist will do just fine, I highly recommend an Armor/ES chest so you will have an easy time with socket color.

Armor base Atziri's Splendour is a good choice for example.

You can also go with http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Victario%27s_Influence if you want to try some crazy things with auras.

Desecrate doesn't fit my play style really. No other reason.

If you need any help just post gear and skill tree here and you will get it. :)

More ES due to more aura effectiveness skills.

Now minions do more damage and have more defenses. For even more survival you can use Warlord's Mark curse.

Only GGG can give you a reset on your skill tree and that only happens on major skill tree changes.
You can use orb of regrets to refund skill points. The game provides 24 free skill refunds, which is enough to transition from the life build to the CI build, depending of course on how far you follow the life build.

Basically you will just refund your life nodes and take ES nodes.

Leveling in this game is not hard. Instead of wasting currency to respec it might be cheaper to just level another character. You should make a second account and level your second character there. That way you will be able to "rush" your new characters by giving waypoints or killing hard bosses, etc. You also have more Masters to do quests with which means more chance on quality gems and uniques from there stores.

You won't be missing out on orb drops since even a mirror can drop from the very first monsters you kill at level 1.

Seriously :)? Thats a first for the forums.

What exactly is the problem?

Your skill tree apart from the the 5 starting spell damage you took which are worthless to you seems fine. You should have taken the mana nodes or ES if you are using ES items and doing a hybrid build.

My guess is you are under leveled for those areas or at least your gems are.
Remember, the only quest you kinda need to complete in merciless Act 4 is the skill quest.
All the rest can be done at a later point when you have better gear/levels.
They give no rewards and are not needed in anyway.


Try to link the items again, maybe bring this up on the support forum, those guys there should know how to fix it.
