Mud Flats is the easiest place to farm, because that place has most Rhoas, but once I got one in the Ship Graveyard, basically all Rhoas have 1/500 chance to spawn as an albino.
Even if i was somewhat unlucky, 1 in 500 can´t be true. I never, ever, saw a white one and i got 1k+ hours with all to many roahs. Either not every Roah can be a white one, or 1/500 is a myth.
Probably 1/500 is a myth because otherwise I should have full stacks of rhoa feathers.

I most likely killed tens of thousands of rhoas, I couldn't be so unlucky and not get one if it's 1/500. More like 1/5000 or more.

Also devs could atleast tell us if there IS a use for them right now or it will be implemented later. Otherwise lots of people are wasting their time to find something that maybe doesn't exist anymore. I know it's kinda cool to have some mystery, but it's there for far too long without any found use.
I finally got this damn tonight. I found 8 uniques with 0 iir/iiq on my lvl 76 duelist in merc mud flats before the Albino showed up. It took three hours of my life but still, in on night of play I got one so it's not to hard to find.
Plus the currency drops weren't bad so it wasn't a waste of time if I didn't find it.
