Albino Rhoas, I hunt them!

First time I got a Albino Rhoa Feather was back in closed beta with my first character when I went to the mud flats for the first time and killed an Albino Rhoa, ever since I have been wandering what purpose do these feathers serve, if you know anything about this please let us know here. Is is true that the chance for them to spawn is 1/500? I killed my second Albino Rhoa last night and sold the feather for 1 Exhalted Orb.

Ya'll just dont know. I got that Purple Rhoa Feather. I got offered 30 exalt or a Shavronnes and I told him to go rub his mothers feet.
BTW the Purp Rhoa Feather is rumored to be 1/2000. I am the only one I know of that possesses the Purp Rhoa Feather. IGN:Prysion

" Eh, you had to reveal the purple feather... I have one too, you get one by vendoring 10x Albino Rhoa Feathers with a Chromatic Orb.
