Am I missing something on Bloodance boots? It gives 3% reduced attack speed per frenzy charge, and each frenzy charge is 2% increased attack speed. So I should be losing 1% attacks speed per frenzy charge. But my dps goes up as I accumulate frenzy charges:/ „I don't give a fuck if it was his tenth anniversary with his goddamn neckbeard...“ „If they think I'm going to let them sweep this pizza guy thing under the rug...“ No mod action. Aaahhh, and I though I was going crazy, I knew frenzy charge is 5% but when I looked at character screen, it was showing 2%, so I though maybe I dreamt it up that it was 5%. Silly me.
