Tyr's **0.11.1** Pure Elemental Bow Spec

LMP because chain has damage deduction even if its level 20% ( -50% + 38% = -12 % decrease dmg for level 20 ). Also LA already has similar effect ( damage links to closest 2 targets ). compare to LMP because the deduction is only 30%, at level 20 you actually get 8% increase damage ( -30% + 38% = 8% )

you want chain trust me...

with Chain you can hit same target 2 times per attack :P wtf damage...

I've said so many times to never link chain with Lightning Arrow.

Link Chain with Ice Shot.

Use Amplify for Ice Shot, not LA. No biggie either way.

Darkray, tyvm for pointing that out. I did not know that. However, I love me some Ice Shot + Chain & Amplify provides extra coverage as well as damage.

So, Tyr i wanna talk a bit with you about this build and its future.

Little about me:

1. I'm 75 lvl, and further lvling makes me fell a lot of pain, because of 15% death penalty and fact that i'm not a hardcore 24/7 player.
2. Doing maps ( and diying a lot ) with 310 IIR/60 IIQ ( got IIR gem linked to LA ), for me its only reasonable way to get ITEMZ ( i hope its all what ARPG about, ye? ).
With this setup i got 2000 hp ( always on low hp for +100% IIR boots ) and smth like 1000 ES.
Got only 2.2k LA, and still doing moderate damage in 70+ maps.
Got 3 zombies with 7k hp,i love them and hate them so much. Love because they tank so much damage, and hate cause i need to reraise them.

And for now i consider these facts:

1. Imo this Build should be not "Pure Elemental Bow Spec" rather "Pure LA Shadow with Bear traps and 2 curses" smth like that.

2. Soul siphon is not mandatory thats why -
205% mana regen + 30%2x ( you gonna need two eledamage rings with mana regen ) + 50% (average mana regen on amu) = 315% regen, lets do some math:

You got 1000 mana. Regen applies to this, so you (with average 315% regen) regen 3150 mana per min, its 52.2 per second. "(1000*3.15)/60"
700 reserved for Auras(Wrath+Anger+Hatred+Dis = all with Reduce Mana cost )
Each LA with 4 support gems cost smth like 35 mana, needless to say more.
So you left with 300 mana witch getting full in ... ye, 6 seconds.

3. Gems/Skills:
LA+WED+CullingStrike+Pierce+Faster Attacks
( Pierce can be swapped with Mana leech, with this gem you just NEVER gonna be out of mana, thats why - for example you got 1000 dps LA, gem leeches 1%/2%/3%, its 10/20/30 per attack)
Few words about FA = this gem got almost same DPS boost as WED, and dont forget that faster attacks = moar shock, but i dont get it before you got a lot of mana regen.

Projectile Weakness + Elemental Weakness + Increased Area of Effect

Bear Trap+CullingStrike

Raise Zombie+Minion Life+Added Chaos Damage+Minion Speed

4. In the end we will got Pure LA Shadow with 4 auras, 142% hp, +32% all res, 15%l res, 16% chaos res, witch gonna be same damage as your shadow, but gonna have a lot of surv.

I will discuss moar about this, if you gonna be interested.

As you notice, i not taking any crit nodes ( except assassination which is retarded not to take ), because i think that to make crit nodes work for you the way you want, you need to focus your gear and spend smth like 10-15 points for crit nodes to see difference

This build isn't really a elemental bow build, elemental bow build is more like feel's or petrov's build that use catalyst and elemental bow to boost up elemental damage, along with auras like anger, hatred, etc.

I am not sure what I should call my build though since it will be LA/EB/EH build with 9 auras.

Some overzealous wiki editor deleted this build on the wiki in an effort to promote his own forum of builds. Please restore it there as I'm using it as a guide for my leveling.

Edit: Update - he restored it already at my request. I think he deleted 2 other builds, so, watch out for that.

Edit 2: Nope, he only pasted the deleted content regarding this build on my talk page.
