LA is only based on conversion to physical damage when you have a physical damage bow. The flat lightning is more than enough of a base to get you started. Alot of other people also think that because it has little to no physical damage that its completely useless when it really isn't because even tho it won't convert ALOT it will still convert some with the already massive amount you get from the flat lightning damage on the bow. Frenzy on tooltip does reach higher DPS than LA but it doesn't clear any where as fast because of how much area damage LA does ( due to chain and the chain that LA has aswell ) As for Blood Rage well you'll die. Blood dance boots I thought of for awhile but you don't benefit much and the build is somewhat short on res since its unable to run purity ele weakness maps are extremely hard to cap resist on. Oh and the attack speed increase and physical damage increase that are generated from your single target also help out your LA attack faster and harder.
