The Ultimate Melee DPS/TANK [FACEBREAKER ONSLAUGHT GUIDE]
" In addition to "TheAffinity": Some monsters cast curses that lower your elemental resistance by quite a bit, maybe some even penetrate your resists. So if you get overcapped by using purity at 75% resists you make sure that those factors don´t lower your elemental resists below the cap. It is just safer for you :) |

This has probably been asked but I can't find it: What is the best thing to do with the bandits? Also, what do I use for AoE when I have facebreakers but before I get cyclone? I have great single target DPS but keep dying to packs.
e: Also why not get Blood Magic so you don't have to get it on a gem? Last edited by InfiniteMonkeys#3410 on Aug 28, 2013, 4:07:20 PM

" normal help oak for life cruel help oak for dmg or kill all for passive merciless help oak for endurance charge or kill all for passive infernal blow + melee spalsh blood magic passive means all your auras will reserve to life, you dont really want that |

has anyone tested this his build with rainbowstride? I dont wanna spend the ex for a test run. im at 4.2k life so losing some hp doesnt seem like a big issue neither on the armor as im at 72% reduction pre endurance. the spell block is definitely the one thing this build lacks in overall survivability. (not assuming shield swap on bosses)

What makes Cyclone better than Infernal Blow? Would an infernal blow build be the same as this or what would change?

" cyclone = aoe without melee splash, lots of attack speed (hits twice per spin, and spins at ias and the skill itself gives ias), a skill which lets you move around, dont need to take US. They are completely different, with cyclone you can do away with being less tanky than an IB build, where you have to stand and take all incoming damage. |

" This build is pretty much pure tank anyway though, not many attack nodes (if any) |

" I dont consider a mara with shield with low to medium block a pure tank |

Hello!
I have a question: I currently own Facebreakers with 967% damage, currently doing around 5100 DPS with my Cyclone. Is it possible for me to calculate how much damage I would deal with 990%+ facebreakers, or if I should take the +15% attack speed passive? I understand the math for calculating this is not always straightforward, so I want to know if they will give a good boost before making any attempt to invest in either gear or the passives. |

" Very simple (5100 / 10.67) x 10.9 = 5209 dps, with a perfect FB x 11.0 = 5257 dps That is screen dps right? For real cyclone dps multiply by 2, cyclone hits twice per spin and spins at your attack speed. How much attacks per second you have at the moment? I will tell you dps gain as well with 15 ias, because fb is easy to calculate dps with |
