0.11.2 Patch Notes

I agree. Grace should not interact with IR at all.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

shut up lol

inb4 grace not working with IR
They can always make a loser league where Monsters do no damage and you one shot everything. Goodness, people, just don't play in the hard parts of the game if you cant handle them.
WOW WOW
I love this.
I never like IR anyway.
I have max block, some evasion, acrobatics and blind. enfeeble if not too lazy.
Time for alternative defense to shine! (hopefully)

now to get those delicious nodes from ranger...

oh, I guess I am among the few who take those avoid ailment nodes as well. LOL. everything is in my favor.

Does this now mean enfeeble = less dmg reflected and block/evasion works aswell for reflected dmg?
There was this urban elgend, that enfeeble was doing this alrdy before, but it was wrong, as it was confirmed by Mark (I think it was him, cant find it anymore).

Beside this: The CI nerf irritated me a bit, but I will try it out. Acc/Eva changes were so desperately needed. Thx for that.

And FINALLY its WORTH to invest in those "avoid stun/freeze/status" knodes.

Thx a lot! Great patch.

block and dodge were working with reflect, spell block was not (now it does :) )

and no, enfeeble should still not work - though awaiting dev confirmation on this.

enfeeble = effect on mob dmg exclusively, not yours. RD is still treated as your damage *dealt*, which is why vulnerabilty / PW / EW would work.

Iron Reflexes now no longer includes your Dexterity bonus to Evasion from your Evasion before it is converted to Armour.

Can't wait to spec into IR + ondars guile on my ranger =)
He has atm 5000 flat evasion and after patch I'm expecting to get at least total 300 dexterity.

This would mean 3000 evasion counting towards evading non-projectile attacks and 6000 evasion towards projectile attacks AND REFLECT :3

Correct me if I'm wrong

not everyone has block / if they do not everyone has it maxed.
evasion is evasion, you get hit you get hit, its not mitigation.
1% is nothing lol

the only builds that will see huge benefits are max block / spell block / ondars guile

Not much will happen vor ES focused characters using spells, that is right.

Everyone else will live through reduced reflects,
due to their Armor/Evasion which is imo pretty good.

Even elemental resistance will help big time now.
So that might still be something casters might profit from,
when I think about it.

I dont think any of you get it at all

armor, evasion, block, resists all worked vs reflect before

some things were not cuz they were bugged --> ondars guile, spell block, spell dodge

this is not some massive change to reflect, just a small bug fix

if its the damage dealt by me (rather than the damage taken by the monster) then only critical weakness curse should affect the reflected damage amount since it increases the global crit chance (but not even sure about that, maybe all curses are just wayne for reflect).

You're generally better off taking Armour nodes anyway on an IR build, assuming they are within easy reach.

249 dex is worth about the same as one notable Eva node.

I can make up for it. It will just take awhile since I am lvl 74.

take the low route towards the frenzy charge in duelist area and u can toss the 8% mana node and save a skillpoint ;)

All forms of damage mitigation work against reflect.. So that means I can use enfeeble for less damage that will be reflected?

It should work as your ability to evade reflect damage now should be affected by enemy accuracy as well. This should not include spell reflects thou, if I read the patch notes right.

Overall reflect was nerfed big time.
Everyone crying because reflect got only 1% reduced did not pay enough attention.

Edit:
Well, maybe you are rolling your own accuracy against your own evasion in the case it is an attack. Then enfeeble on the enemy would take no effect.

Reflected damage is now rolling your own accuracy against your own evasion. Modifiers to the enemy's damage or accuracy have no effect, because reflected damage is your own damage.

Dealt by you to the monster / dealt by you and taken by the monster and reflected ... better now?

Enfeeble is only working on his damage, the reflected damage is still your damage, but your damage can still be processed and modified by CW / PW / EW / vulnerability

Thats how I get it, anyways

IR + ondars guile? wtf? I dont think you get it, the dex bonus is not working on IR, everything else is, it is still evasion = armor and 5% chance to evade

I thought RD was already rolling your own accuracy before, and had to be fixed to use a monsters accuracy? O_O
