shav users are op - so lets nerf the ci users - and nerf the nodes after ci - so yes - shav user still have the same es and more viable

CI nerf was expected, but I agree with above , low life builds should also be severely nerfed, Shawronne broke the game balance.

All forms of damage mitigation work against reflect.. So that means I can use enfeeble for less damage that will be reflected?
