Next Patch sounds awesome and nice to hear that you gained lots of money, atleast a project that is worth it.

I'm glad you are aware of the crashes/graphical glitches and are working on it, but I feel as though you are understating the impact it has on the game at the moment. I've been running maps with a group of 3-6 people for the last two weeks. Get ready for some statistics with no supporting data.
When running a map with 3-4 people there is around a 50% chance of 1 person getting artifacts and crashing within 15 minutes. Because the easier 60-64 maps take us around 10-20 minutes, we don't eat up portals because of the game client instability often. However, when running a map with 6 people there is a 100% chance that the game will crash for at least 2 people in the group within 10 minutes and everyone else left will have strong graphical artifacts by 20 minutes. It's so bad and predictable that we are no longer running 65+ maps in groups larger than 4 because it would be a waste of portals and, consequently, a map. I should note that everyone restarts their game client right before starting a map, and that so far we are unable to notice a pattern in who crashes or gets graphical artifacts. We have also lowered graphical settings but I am not convinced this helps. Long story short, it is by no means an "occasional" problem. It is frequent. I dare say Good Guy Greg and Grinding Gear Games sharing the same abbreviation is a very fitting coincidence.
Question if I may about the Passive Skill Tree and Active Skills, do you plan on somehow adding more complexity to it the system? ((Right now I feel it is far from complex, in the sense that good builds -the ones that will get used- is down below ten)) |

" The first one about classes should be possible to find manually here: http://templeofexiles.com/ladder-race I think it is possible the temple can do one better and give you data of all characters of each race with such accomplishments through search-criteria at some point. The second one is pretty much impossible for outsiders to do at the moment, but I think there might get to be such a possibility down the line when the trading-system has been completely implemented. For now, I would assume that rangers use bows with poison arrow as soon as they get hands on it. Marauders use ground slam or cleave primarily (some freaks use bows! :)) and are locked to certain weapon choices from that. Witches will mostly be ice novaing it up, maybe with a few raining fire on heathens, summoning or in special cases use lightning nova (Some freaks use wands/daggers/claws or bows :)) I appear to be living in "Romance Standard Time". That has to be good! :)

" No kidding. I'm on an older but very nice 32-bit machine and while the game runs very smoothly between crashes, the map errors in Act II make the game almost unplayable. I crash on about half my instance transitions. I'm impressed by your dedication. I'm not sure I would have the fortitude to stick to a project for six years without pay. Open beta is still BETA.
