[UPDATED 0.11.2] Blind Storm Ranger (Melee Evasion Tank)

tryed again with my act 3 cruel ranger in this build, and its a world of difference, a lot better!!! gratz!!

running a variation of this build with no problems to maps. Any boss becomes your bitch pretty much. I tested it out on merciless vaal and didn't even move the entire fight.

hey man, ur build is awesome, i just started playing n copied ur build, just managed to finish normal mode and it was a blast to play it through.

i have a question though, can u evade spells like fireballs or it is not possible? i know my character can evade ranged normal attack / arrows, not too sure about casted spells though

EDIT: what i wanted to ask is, how to deal with caster mobs / bosses ? always taking full dmg from them n my hp drop fairly quick
