The delicious part of irony I really enjoyed after I cleared out my char on standard is the one unidentified flask in my inventory when I died? Yep you guessed it, health flask with remove bleed. God I laughed. Glad I don't take dying too seriously or that would've driven me to drink!

It took me a good ~20 characters until i ended up where i am with this one, don't worry :)

First off, I love the build and its potential.

What I dont love is the damn Spectres getting one-shotted. Will this always be the case no matter what level you are? Im currently level 43, using normal flame sentinels.

Whats your armor rating?

My old summoner did the same thing which is stack as much hp as possible. But armor is also needed you will always get hit by a huge physical blow no matter how careful you are. I since switched to IR and have about 14,000 armor determination, grace, eva gear. I stack auras with EB but I don't have as much hp as you do. 3500 since I am utilizing deodres damning. No hp for that slot. High armor gives you the ability to shrug off minor hits with ease and tank higher hitting attacks.

Idk what weapon your planning to use. But I picked up a rare with fairly high chaos resist. combined with the 16% I can easily tank chaos as well. I might go HeartBreaker thou. All your minions will have culling.

higher level spectre will be more tanky. Stacking auras on them helps tremendously too. I use determination and purity to enhance their def. Use life leach as support and spam health pots that also heals minions. Also turn on minion hp bar so u know when to heal them

Spectres later on will be able to tank to some extent, still get oneshot by certain Bosses, but that can be avoided with proper position and practice, or just outmuscled with sheer dps.
Good example is Merciless Kole, double dps curse = he is dead in two volleys ~ 4seconds flat.
I wouldn't recommend going that far down on the tree, not to mention Iron Reflexes by itself won't allow you to get to armour levels that actually start to matter, you need to invest a good 25-30 points before you start to notice anything, not to mention you need to run Grate AND Determination, this build has no empty slots for any of those.
The focus of my build is being able to have _RELATIVELY_ weak defenses and a crazy meatshield of zombies to hide behind with your 3 Spectres destroying stuff.

Theres a bunch of good life nodes down in that direction as well.

I like to play a bit aggressively. Utilizing shock nova at 20% Q. triggering EE and shocks at the same time.

If you dump those points all in hp I don't believe you can achieve the same amount of effective life.

I still can't see you having 10k+ armor.
You don't have any armor or evasion passives.
What auras are you using besides Determination and Grace?
You claim to have Purity aswell, so thats 2*x 40% auras already + Grace, meaning you have very little room for the DPS auras to actually make your spectres do any damage.
Where do you put your curse, zombie, skeleton, spectre AND shock nova gems?
A character has a maximum of 4 + 3 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 4 (24) gemslots mind you, chest is taken for spectres (6), helmet for zombies (4) gloves (4) + boots (4) for skeletons and auras, weapon and offhand are taken by (mandatory) 5 curses.
Again, where is the shock nova determination and grace you are talking about?
Are you actually playing a character withat that build? Oo

I don't know if u knew this but if you cast your spectre you can take out those support gems and insert other gems (in this case curses). Minion cast is based on the instant of cast. Once i cast my spectre I have room for 5 more gems. Same goes for casting auras and reduced mana gem. You can take the reduce mana gem out after you cast the aura and the aura will still be casted with the reduced effect

I use spell based spectres. So dps auras won't do anything for me. I use a combination of multiplying support gems to make my spectre very op.

flame sentinel - concentrated - remote mine - fire pen - life leach - minion damage

helm - zombie + remote mine + added fire + melee physical

chest - flame sentinel + concentrated + remote mine + fire pen + life leach + chain
(take out 3 support gems after cast, insert 3 curses flammability, ele weak, temp chain
)

weapon - blind - skele - totem

boot - shock nova + life leach + increased aoe + ele pro

glove - reduced mana 3 auras

shield - reduced mana 2 auras

Edit:
dex also multiplies my armor because of IR. And I have high eva gear and some es pieces for EB

Anyways. To take gem manipulation to the extreme. You can also use the 6 slot where the spectre gem is in and use the red slot as reduced mana and the other slots as a few more auras. In this way am able to stack 7 auras if i wanted to

I'm curious, could you link the gear you are wearing / what level you are / what league you playing in?
Also i'm curious about your life armor and resists

I did know about moving around gems like that (it's in the guide if you read it :)), but again, EB = losing ~1000 effective HP for me right now, even with 80% fire resistance fire alchemists hit like a TRUCK on maps you know...
