PoE Helper (unofficial chrome extension to help with crafting/inventory)

Mine was working fine like 2 days ago and now it's stuck on permanent loading, I have restarted my computer, redownloaded it several times and PoE helper and Google Chrome are up to date. Also when I hit Ctrl-Shift-J I get "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'league' of undefined."
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

So i downloaded this its very cool, but google chrome said it can access data i copy and paste, is this true? I copy and paste some private stuff.

" It sure can. That's how I pay for development. Everything you copy while this app is open goes straight to the CIA, RIAA etc. If you don't like that you can always download the source from github and compile it without that functionality. Guess i can turn it off in between using it for PoE and using my computer for other use. Btw if anyone from the CIA is reading this please delete all those naked pictures of me you just got.

" I'm not 100% on this but I think it can only access text in the clipboard if that makes you feel any better :p the clipboard functionality is used in the app for: clicking on an item link copies a text version to your clipboard, as per hovering over something in game and hitting ctrl-c copying your rares to the clipboard reading rares in your clipboard and comparing them to the ones in your stash for matches. btw: if you read that message you'll see the app can only communicate with pathofexile.com. perhaps theres a forum thread someplace with all your nudie photos in it. hehe :p Chrome plugin for inventory/crafting: http://njs50.github.com/poe_ext/ Last edited by njs50#1113 on Aug 8, 2012, 11:52:24 PM

" if you uninstall it completely, delete all yer poe_ext.crx files, then redownload and install I added some checks to make sure it doesn't load any broken characters. I'm not sure exactly what was happening for you but from the error message it sounded like the website was telling you that you have a character that wasn't in any league. Good to know I will definitely be using this app and yeah it did say it could only access PoE.com but it said it could access copy and paste data in a seperate bullet point. But i see how it works now you explained it and feel its safe to use. Also i feel safe knowing my pictures are in the safe hands of the devs.
