POSSIBLE BSOD Portcls fix for Creative X-fi's--NEEDS TESTING.

I don't even have a creative card. You guys don't even talk about non-creative cards gg.

-ns doesn't work
updating all my drivers and BIOS doesn't work

nothing works.

*it's been 2 years and they still haven't fixed it.
